Introduction
Cricklade
Bloomers was formed in April 2004; we are a small group who came together
in response to an appeal made to the community by Cricklade Town Council.
- Over
many years Cricklade Town Council has entered the annual ‘’Britain
in
Bloom’’ competition with varying degrees of success.
- The
South West in Bloom judge for the town in 2003 suggested that a
committee of interested people from a broad cross section of the local
community be formed.
- Cricklade
Bloomers was formed and adopted the logo ‘ Working For A Better
Cricklade’
The
group aims to develop strategic forward plans within which specific
attainable objectives can be set for shorter timescales and lead the Towns
entry in the Britain
in Bloom
competition.
